The Stevenson High School Band will take the stage on December 11 at 7 p.m. for a performance highlighting the students’ progress so far. the incredible talents of our student musicians. The concert will feature concert, jazz and marching bands.
Traditionally, the band has typically held two performances each year— the Christmas and Spring Concerts. This year, however, the band expanded its offerings to include a Fall Concert, which took place on October 29th, and the MSBOA Band and Orchestra Festival. These events continue to draw large audiences, and the December 11th performance is sure to be no exception.
“It is worth it to come to the band’s performances because we have extremely talented student musicians that are above age-level in skill, and they bring a lot of passion and energy to each performance. We also have an incredibly supportive parent community that loves to promote the band,” band director Michael Yaros said.
