Under the bright stadium lights, laughter and teamwork filled the air as the Junior Varsity boys’ soccer team came together, and not just to win, but to capture the moments that made the season unforgettable.
From daily practices to after-school games, the team built more than just passing skills; they built a bond. Together, the JV Titans captured the spirit of what plays sports memorable moments of unity, effort and friendship that last long after the final whistle.
The JV team had a strong roster of around 12 players this season. While the focus is often on goals scored and games won, for these players, the real victories came through connection and trust. Each match was a chance to grow closer, learn from one another, and prove that teamwork is what drives success.
Lenard Rayes ’28 said what stood out most to him this season wasn’t just the plays on the field, but the chemistry behind them.
“We practice before we actually do it in a game, and we also have chemistry and are close to each other,” Rayes said.
